David Bennett AC QC, Mark Boulton, Michael Heath, Jeff Kildea, Peter Skinner and Elizabeth Raper have extensive experience in administrative law, including experience in many administrative tribunals and in the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal in judicial review cases.

David Bennett AC QC has extensive administrative law experience, particularly in Administrative Decisions Judicial Review (ADJR) matters in the Federal Court and in appeals to the High Court in administrative law matters.

Stephen Burley SC regularly appears before delegates of the Registrar of Trade Marks and the Commissioner of Patents on trade mark and patent matters. He also appears before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, particularly in matters concerning applications by pharmacists to review decisions made by the Australian Community Pharmacy Authority concerning the administration of the National Health Act.

Mark Boulton has appeared in the  Administrative Decisions Tribunal in cases involving land tax, guardianship and racial vilification.

Michael Heath (a former editor of the Administrative Law Decisions Reports) regularly appears in administrative law matters and the Administrative Decisions Tribunal.

Jeff Kildea appears regularly in cases involving administrative law in the Land and Environment Court and also edits Law Book Co.'s Land and Environment Court Law & Practice.

Peter Skinner from 1995-1999 Mr Skinner was a part-time judicial member of the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal, General Division. He conducted hearings into and decided many cases reviewing administrative decisions of the NSW Government. He continues to appear regularly in many administrative tribunals, including those associated with marine law, transport law (including licensing disputes of professional drivers), veterans affairs and police matters. Mr Skinner also appears in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal in judicial review applications.

David Chin appears in the Administrative Decisions Tribunal in disciplinary proceedings involving accredited building certifiers and other administrative law matters, and has also appeared in the High Court of Australia and the Full Federal Court in cases involving judicial review of tribunal decisions on employment and refugee matters.

Elizabeth Raper has appeared in the Federal Court, Supreme Court, Administrative Appeals Tribunal, the Administrative Decisions Tribunal and the Medical Tribunal involving stamp duty, medical practice, professional misconduct, discrimination law, privacy law and freedom of information.

Philip Carr specialises in migration appeals within the administrative law field.

Phoebe Arcus has appeared in conciliations in the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission, and has appeared in the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal, ACT Discrimination Tribunal, the Federal Court and Federal Magistrates’ Court in administrative law matters. She is regularly briefed by the NSW Disability Discrimination Legal Centre on discrimination law.
