John Sheahan SC has acted for clients in a very large number of mediations, and has been appointed mediator in commercial disputes on the instructions of firms such as Allens Arthur Robinson, Baker and McKenzie, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Minter Ellison.  He has also appeared in commercial arbitrations for parties and as arbitrator. 

Gregory Burton SC has been a graded commercial arbitrator since 1994 and a mediator since 1992. From September 2008, he will be NADRAC accredited. For many years he has been on the panels, as an advanced or senior mediator where that status is conferred, of courts, the Bar Association and leading ADR bodies such as IAMA and LEADR. He has been a District Court arbitrator for many years, both general and Philadelphia. In those roles he has conducted very many mediations and commercial and other arbitrations in most fields of practice, primarily in commercial and corporate, equity, finance, securities, tenancy and property, succession and family provision and intellectual property. He is on auDA's Australian domain names dispute resolution panel. He also has appeared as counsel in single and multi-party mediations and arbitrations.

Mark Boulton has been a District Court arbitrator for many years and has experience in a wide variety of areas.
